YQ210H premium matte odorless resin

Application Direction

YQ210H can be applied to high-end odorless PU matte furniture and decorative topcoats.

Performance advantages

YQ330 is a castor oil modified alkyd resin. Used for PU matte topcoat, it has the advantages of good flexibility, fullness, extinction, transparency, and good hand feel; Used for PU primer, it can increase adhesion and flexibility, and prevent cracking in winter.

Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid

Solid content (%): 70 ± 2%

Viscosity (mpa. s, 25 ℃): 20000-40000mpa. s

Color, Fe Co ratio: ≤ 3#

Hydroxyl value (theoretical), mgKOH/g: 125mgKOH/g

Acid value, mgKOH/g : ≤15mgKOH/g 

Resin Compatibility

1. YQ210H has good compatibility with aromatic hydrocarbons, ether esters, ketones, ester solvents, and can be diluted with solvents such as toluene, xylene, butyl acetate, acetone, CAC, PMA, etc. Its solubility is limited in fatty hydrocarbon solvents. Please confirm through experiments before use.

2. YQ210H has extensive compatibility with PU curing agents and alkyd resins. Please conduct experiments to confirm before use.

Precautions

1. YQ210H product is stored in a 200L sealed round iron drum. Please confirm before use. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping away from heat and fire sources as much as possible;  

2. The storage period of YQ210H product is two years. If it exceeds the storage period, it should be inspected according to the quality standards of this product. If it meets the standards, it can still be used.
