YQ906 can be used for scratch resistant matte PU topcoat.  

Performance advantages

YQ906 special modified polyester resin. Used for PU scratch resistant matte topcoat, the matte powder is arranged well, the paint film is resistant to soft and hard scratches, and has self-healing function.

Solid content: ≥ 98%

Appearance: Clear and transparent liquid

Viscosity (25 ℃): 20000-40000mpa. s

Color, Fe Co ratio: ≤ 1#

Resin Compatibility

Considering that this product is a specially modified resin and its compatibility with other products is uncertain, it is recommended to conduct experiments to confirm before use.  

Precautions

1. YQ906 product is stored in a 200L sealed round iron drum. Please confirm before use. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping away from heat and fire sources as much as possible;  

2. The storage period of YQ906 product is two years. If it exceeds the storage period, it should be inspected according to the quality standards of this product. If it meets the standards, it can still be used. Important note: Due to the limitations of resin functionality and the diversity of user requirements, please strictly test the applicability of the resin and the stability of the final product according to your own requirements before use.
